For existing centers, Ascend offers a two day readiness audit that assists leadership and staff in preparing for survey day.  Ascend has been through multiple surveys for AAAHC, JCAHO, CMS, and State inspections over the past 18 years including two deemed status surveys and can simplify the process of preparing for such an important event.
